wind chimes

Though no wind passes,
a harmonious ringing
resonates,
breaking silence.
Dangling lines
of pewter angels
fly in circular motion
playing harps
and kissing softly
to disrupt
the day's stoic countenance
with celestial sounds,
kindled by the breaths
of caring spirits
who stopped by
to whisper hello.
