Hailstorm Preceding
the Tornado That Destroyed my Home
cicadas darning socks on antique sewing machines

spilled bag of marbles in a bathtub.
typewriter echoes whispered within mausoleum walls
radio static turned to roaring waterfall whitewash
shaken piggy bank
emptied.
